Private Coaching
for Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
If narcissistic abuse has left you feeling confused, emotionally exhausted, hypervigilant, self-doubting, or disconnected from yourself, you do not have to sort through it alone.
My coaching work helps survivors of narcissistic abuse in romantic relationships, marriages, families, and parent-child dynamics understand what happened, stabilize emotionally, rebuild self-trust, and begin feeling safe inside themselves again.
You do not need to know exactly what to work on before booking. We clarify that together, at a pace that supports regulation and grounded decision-making.
When Something Feels Deeply Off,
But You Can’t Fully Make Sense of It Yet
Narcissistic abuse can happen in romantic relationships, marriages, families, and parent-child relationships.
Over time, it can disrupt your sense of safety, clarity, emotional stability, and ability to trust yourself.
People often arrive at this work feeling emotionally overwhelmed, hypervigilant, mentally exhausted, anxious, confused, or disconnected from their own inner clarity. Some are still trying to understand whether what they are experiencing is abuse. Others already recognize the dynamic was unhealthy, yet continue struggling with the emotional aftermath long after the situation has changed.
You may be:
-
Constantly second-guessing yourself or struggling to trust your perceptions
-
Feeling emotionally destabilized, anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally consumed by the relationship or family dynamic
-
Trying to navigate a difficult marriage, romantic relationship, parent-child relationship, or toxic family system that leaves you feeling emotionally unsafe
-
Preparing to leave a relationship or establish boundaries with a family member, while feeling conflicted, fearful, guilty, or unable to think clearly
-
Newly out of the relationship or family dynamic and surprised by how intense the emotional aftermath feels
-
Long out of the situation, yet still struggling with rumination, hypervigilance, emotional triggers, or a lingering sense of inner unease
Something inside you may already recognize that the dynamic is unhealthy, even if you cannot fully explain why yet.
In other cases, the mind understands what happened clearly, while the nervous system and emotional world still feel stuck in survival mode.
This work can begin whether you are still in the relationship, considering major decisions, navigating difficult family dynamics, recovering after leaving, or trying to reconnect with yourself after years of emotional confusion.
The goal is not simply to understand the abuse intellectually. It is to begin rebuilding internal safety, emotional stability, self-trust, and clarity from the inside out.
